SomoBreathe Is A Tune-Up For Your Body, Mind & Spirit
Think of your body as an orchestra. The heart is the conductor, and it has the power to change the frequency of the entire body. When the brain and heart are in sync, your entire body is playing in harmony. When your body is out of tune, it is in a state of dis-ease.

Integrated Movement Therapy (IMT) combines yoga philosophy with guided breathing, yoga stretches, meditation, vocal toning, positive coaching, gratitude, self-care, reflection and goal setting to help you be your best self. IMT is for anyone suffering from a physical ailment, emotional pain, anxiety, depression, or just on a path of self improvement. The short-term benefits are immediate, and the long-term benefits are life changing. No yoga experience necessary.
IMT offers many benefits for children and teens with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, social challenges, and behavioral concerns such as; skill-building techniques that boost self-esteem, cultivate self awareness, strengthen resilience, build empathy, empower decision-making and improve overall physical strength, flexibility and wellness
Sound Healing (aka ‘Sound Bath’) is a guided acoustic meditation designed to induce a state of deep relaxation. The instruments, which were used for healing since ancient times, are tuned to the frequencies with therapeutic effects on the physiological, psychological, and neurological systems of the body. Participants are encouraged to find their most comfortable position and listen to the tones and vibrations as they receive the ‘healing’ medicine of sound.

BENEFITS OF SOMOBREATHE
A yoga class is a generalized approach for teaching a series of poses and meditations, led by a teacher who is certified with 200 or 500 hours of training in yoga.
Yoga Therapy is an individualized approach that is goal-orientated with measured outcomes for specific changes addressing the needs of the individual or group.
An IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist has a minimum of 1000 hours of training over a 2-year period of time (the equivalent of a masters degree) and 24 continuing education credits required every three years to maintain that certification.
Sarah creates a personalized program for each client based on the intake meeting. Sarah and the client work together to set goals, stay on target and celebrate the wins. The client receives a report at the end of each session so they know how they are doing and how much progress they have made towards their set goals. Upon request, formal reports can be prepared for other professionals.
All of the therapies and workshops are tailored to meet the needs of the client. Sarah works with teenagers and adults who have ADD, ADHD, Aspergers, Autism, learning challenges, language disorders, physical ailments, social anxiety, stress and panic disorders.
Other clients include people who need support in self care, are overwhelmed with stress, feel stuck, have negative thinking, suffer from anxiety and/or depression, post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, illness, grief and pain or are on the path of self-exploration.
